Both TJ and Silvia were a big help. They explained the process to me clearly and explained step by step. I could easily reach them by phone or email. My car looks as good as new. Took vehicle here at the suggestion of my insurance company. the service and the work was horrible. 1. It took an additional two weeks to finish the job. They did take off $300 to help with the rental. 2. When picking up the vehicle the establishment was still open, but the Collision Dept was closed, yet I was still able to pick up the vehicle. The check engine light was on, the next day the Collision manager Mr. Gonzales called and said there was a misunderstanding and there was a balance still owed. We tried to take care of it on the phone, he insisted that we come in person. We told him that we be in by two p.m. 3. When we got there, Mr. Gonzales was very, very rude and was insinuating accusations. He would not accept our debit or credit card, and made us leave and go get cash. He t

After the 3rd time, I returned my vehicle to the shop to allow them to correct the issues that the technician missed or just didn't care about. I still have the back door not lined up correctly. I have another scratch that they did but tried to cover up with touch-up paint, and now the front wheel trim is loose. To the "owner" who will reply to this, I will not bring it back for them to fix it just to have another issue. I had to miss work 2x already. It's a year-old vehicle, I still can't wrap my head around it that they can't get it done correctly. Update: after a few uses of the back door that they "fix" it doesn't shut right and a gap that you can see into the car. This place is a joke.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your location. Five years ago, I brought my vehicle in for repairs and was assured by Bobby that the work carried a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the workmanship was of such poor quality that I refused to pick up the car on five separate occasions. Eventually, I accepted it only because the Insurance had already paid AutoNation and I felt I had no other option. As a young woman at the time, I now recognize I was taken advantage of.
