Personally, I will not take my cars to this place again. The employees, starting with the manager and those in charge of painting and coating, have no ethics. They tell you that your car will be ready by a certain date. You have to keep calling to check the status of the repair. They tell you that they will return your call and it will take 3 days to do it. You send them an email, the same thing. You go to pick up your car after waiting and in the end it turns out that they damaged it and you have to wait a few more days for Tello to return. Your rental days with the insurance company are up and you have to continue paying if you want to have a car because they are not responsible for finishing your work on time. I’ve been calling for 2 days straight, the collision center said they’d email me my vehicle estimate in a couple hours and I have received nothing. They aren’t even answering my call. Also have called the direct line of Destin Sparks and nothing!
