The team was professional, courteous, kept me well informed throughout the process, and completed the work within the time they committed to. The quality of their work was top notch. I went back in today because a few beads had fallen into a gap in the floor covering, and once again they exceeded my expectations. They took care of my issue immediately and were incredibly kind and gracious. Everyone I spoke with today was fabulous, but Stephanie truly stood out!! She was warm, friendly, and soooo supportive. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at AutoNation Collision Center Plano. From the beginning, I was given incorrect and constantly changing information. Initially, I was told my vehicle would be ready by [XYZ Date], but after that the timeline kept changing with no clear explanation. Since then, it has been nothing but delays. For the past one week, I’ve been calling regularly just to get a basic update, and every single time I’m told something different. There is no consistency, no transparency, and it feels like customers are expected to just keep waiting without any real answers. The agent handling my vehicle was also very unprofessional.
