The 8-week projected turnaround to get my collision damage repaired shrank considerably to just over 4 weeks in practice. I can't guarantee similar results, but they move as fast as they can, it seems. The work was 100% great and my service guy was easy to work with and speed of responses to my communication was good. I recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my car looks just as good as it did before the damage. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. A special thank you to Noe, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful, kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and dedicated to great customer service. If you’re looking for a body shop that does high-quality work and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend them, especially if you get the chance to work with Noe.

I love my BMW but AutoNation sucks. When I dropped the car off, I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversations to start my check in. I wish I turned around and left seeing the first evidence of lack of concern for customers. The estimate was for 8 business days and I was told they would let me know if anything changed. Having not heard anything, I called after 8 business days to find that they had not even ordered parts or started. I complained and was told they would get to it soon. No updates for weeks and I eventually got the car after 30 days.

I can't rave about this collision center enough. I purchased a 2023 BMW i4 on 1/31/2023. An inattentive driver rear ended me on 2/5/2023, literally less than a week after purchase. This isn't the forum to explain this headache. But let's just say, State Farm is trash and I'll leave it at that. Estela was a revelation. Kept me well informed throughout the process. Due to supply chain issues, it spent a few weeks in the shop. She made sure to keep me abreast of what was happening and the kind of timeframe they were working within. No offense, I hope to NEVER use a collision center's services again. But life happens, and if another unfortunate situation arises where I must procure the services I will do so again without hesitation. Looks and feels like the accident never happened.

This is the most unprofessional company I have come across. I had a very disappointing experience with this auto collision center. They keep changing the date my car is supposed to be ready, causing a lot of inconvenience and frustration because I need to make arrangements to drive an hour and be dropped off to get my car. Each time I’ve called for an update (they would never inform me), I was given a new, later date with no clear explanation. This lack of communication and reliability made it hard to trust them with my vehicle. I would not recommend this place if you need timely and dependable service. They’ve had my car for almost 3 months now…
