My experience at Auto Nation was amazing! After closer examination the repair cost for my 550SL increased dramatically from the initial estimate. I was dismayed to say the least. The manager Dylan Burke personally worked with me to reduce the cost to a sum close to the original estimate. He painstakingly examined all aspects of the damage and repaired rather than replaced many of the damaged parts. All told the car looks great, runs well and he also replaced a bulb, checked the fluids and polished my car. This is what I consider exemplary service. My many thanks Dylan! Marilyn Messina

The team did a great job repairing the dent and completing the paintwork within a reasonable timeframe. I did need to return for a minor follow-up, as an interior panel hadn’t been secured properly and was causing some noise. They promptly addressed the issue. The customer service throughout the process was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. Overall, I would recommend this shop for BMW repairs.

I took my Mercedes twice for repair work. It was terrible communication (no response to email or phone calls). They don’t have update you on the progress of the vehicle and keep the vehicle for more time than it should take for repairs. There is no way to provide feedback about the estimator. First time I thought they could be busy but it seems to be their regular pattern. I would not take my vehicle again to this collision center. For any updates, the best way is to drive to their collision center and if you are lucky you will get a chance to talk to the estimator. Really terrible customer experience.
