Needed a spare key blank cut for my daughter's car. They did it at no charge. Staff was great. Very pleased.

If I could give zero stars, I would—but unfortunately that isn’t an option. The guy was extremely rude, and speaking with him felt insulting and disrespectful.

Don't both doing business with this parts department. They have horrible customer service. I have called to speak to the parts manager multiple times and he is never there or not available. I have left him multiple vmails and he never returns call. They will not give his email address, I'm assuming because he does not want to be bothered. Take your business to a location that actually cares about their customers. Just ordered by 2025 Raptor from a dealer farther away from home. Hope they realize it is costing them business, but doubt they care

I bought a temperature sensor for my 2010 Ford Explorer, and they sold me the wrong part. I paid cash, and they told me they would send me a check. No replacement, no check, no cash.

Today I went to ask for the key to remove the spare tire. The salesman said it was the key to the truck, then he tried to kick me out of the store (he didn't want to serve me), then he told me to leave the store because he wanted to hit me outside the store. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced. After buying more than 4 trucks in that place I think they should treat their customers better. if you want to be treated like trash come to this store. note. the manager came out and was very kind but the damage was already done
