MISREPRESENTED $100K CAR! I just bought a preowned 2025 BMW M850i convertible from Mountain View BMW (Autonation) from out of state in TX, while relying on their honesty and integrity. Before agreeing to send them over $100,000 I asked their sales manager Don and salesman Cesar to verify the cars condition and identify any flaws on it since I couldn't physically inspect it. I specifically asked about the condition of the expensive wheels. They lied and said they were perfect. When it arrived, I immediately contacted them because the like-new car had a bent wheel and according to my local BMW dealer needed to be replaced at $1400. Mountain View BMW gave no explanation, their finance manager Alexis said management would not accept responsibility and they refused to communicate with me. Googl

UPDATE Responded to Ford per their response but no one has attempted to contact us in return. Will continue to update. They have also been reported to the FTC and will be reaching out to the Texas Attorney Generals Office here soon if no response. Called to report issues at local dealership. Was informed by customer service they would escalate and have the local manager reach out but that has never happened. Worst customer service ever. Will not do business again with any autonation dealership nationwide. See below issues with local (Ft. Worth Texas) dealership that prompted call. Do your due diligence with this dealership.Worst experience with Autonation. Brought my parents car for repair back in December. Spoke with the service department D**** and explained that the car was having iss

Nothing!!! No call no email, no one ever gets back to me. My goodness this company his horrible. I will be sure to tell everyone in my family, my job industry to stay away from this company. All the doctors at my sister's practice, to NEVER purchase from this dealership EVERRRRR!!! Update. I still have not heard from Autonation, after being told I would here back immediately. At this point I have to say s

This is a commendation, long overdue, for Stan Jones, who has been a loyal and successful salesman for Ford Motor Company for 44 years. Most recently he is doing his amazing work at the Miami FL location of what was once Sunshine Ford, then Maroone Ford and is now AutoNation. Stan sold us our new Ford Explorer in 1996, then in 2013 he sold us our Hybrid Ford Fusion. Many years passed, we moved to Sebring, and we bought another Fusion hybrid in 2019 (a Titanium), based on how much we loved the 2013 model. Still have it and it’s a great car. I wish they hadn’t stopped making them. Bottom line…Stan made the transactions we had with him memorable. He has never forgotten birthdays and is a good and decent man, besides being an ace at selling cars. His loyalty to Ford should be commended, and

AutoNation Toyota in Lithia Springs GA is the worst. The sales person, Ben P and the Sales Manager, couldn't tell the truth if it hit them in the face. Bait and switch doesn't come close. On top of that, they treated us like they could care less about us or our business.   In an economy where people aren't buying cars and repo's, 1st payment defaults are up 40% from 2 years ago, you would think they would be ....at the very least, polite, courteous, dare I say civil. I would say honest but that would be too much for these guys. We left after driving an hour and a half, after having an appointment, after confirming the appointment, after Ben P, who goes by Big Ben, probably for big fat liar, called us when we were 15 minutes out , 15 minutes before our appointment to confirm we were on the
