AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas

Mixed emotions on my experience at Honda autonation bought this 22 civic and I seriously wish i would have taken a really good look at it, there are a few details I overlooked that I didn’t notice. First being a busted speaker cover in the rear, as well as a severely damaged hood with exposed metal. Wish the service department would have fixed this pieces considering the price. Ultimately it my mistake for not having paid attention but it sucks /:

Appreciate the time they took to make sure my family and i were set up with waters and made us feel comfortable. Matthew really took the time to listen to our conversations that had nothing to do with automobiles, he was very relatable and worked out a deal with us that I thought was going to be impossible to to do, but he made it happen. Its never just an hour or 2 when it comes to purchasing a car but he stuck with us the whole way and made the process a breeze. Thanks again Matthew and the whole Honda team. You guys are rockstars!!

If you are looking for a new car and want a good guy to work with ask for Will Han. Mr. Han was super helpful, professional and a straight shooter. I didn't feel any pressure at all. I had a very challenging situation but Mr. Han kept it straight, transparent and gave me options. I definitely recommend him and this dealership. They were efficient every step of the way. Bought a new car here last night. It was the smoothest and easiest buying experience I ever had. Mike Dronet helped me out to pick out the vehicle and get it all lined up. Process was super smooth. Great experience with him. I recommend him highly. A great guy overall. Easy to approach and speak to and a straight shooter. No games. Carlos Burger was the finance manager and he was great to deal with as well. Everything with quick and smooth. I would happily come back for my maintenance and other car needs and another vehicle in the future. Car shopping was made fun and easy.
