I am writing to let you know about my dissatisfaction with the glass TINT film on the tailgate of my CR-V purchased from you. I have purchased the extended service at that time. The film started to wrinkle two years after I purchased the car, and it is now very unsightly. I have called your repair department at least five times in the past, but I have not received a response. I have read all the reviews, and I am concerned about the quality of your Maintenance department. I want to request that you replace the glass TINT film on my car. I will bring the car to your service center for repair.

I bought a used car from them just a few weeks ago & I called about getting a few small things fixed that I found after driving it just 2 days, the phone rep told me I could come in without an appt & they'll take care of them in a few minutes. He didn't ask what year my car was but it turned out it wasn't covered for anything due to its age. When I got there & told the rep at the counter what was wrong, he took care of the issues without any question. I appreciated the accommodation since they weren't obligated. They just know good customer service and their reputation is important obviously. I'm more trusting now of the AutoNation group from my whole experience.
