Elena was a wonderful rep that was knowledgeable about the Passport and provided excellent communication as I was weighing my options on several manufacturers vehicles eventually, settling on the Passport trail sport. First go on pricing was competitive on both the new vehicle and my trade. With a little negotiating, we were able to settle on a fair price quickly. The back office provided the usual upsell opportunities, but no pressure when I elected not to purchase any of the add-on services they offered. All in all, I wish other dealerships would provide the same level of service!

This is probably the best car dealership in Arizona. Period. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and honest staff and management. Five stars is not enough. I love my new Passport!!!

Oscar went out of his way to make sure that I got into an affordable car. The first car I wanted to get it was sold, then he went to Phoenix to go pick up another car that I wanted, and whatever happened The decision was made that it wasn’t mechanically sound. This is what really impressed me because most Used car dealerships would get it to work long enough and then sell it anyways you guys did not and that’s pretty freaking awesome. However, I did drive away in 2010 Lexus, which is pretty awesome, thank you for everything you did for me and not bending me over the barrel with a crazy mad car payment.
