With the help of Wilfredo and Daniel I was able to get the car I needed (2023 Nissan Versa) to hold me over until I get my future dream car which is a Tesla or Jeep. Wilfredo was very kind to me & my mother who was instrumental in her support of me getting a new car. Daniel, the finance manager, worked with us to get an interest rate that was manageable for me, although I still desire to refinance for an even better interest rate after making on time payments for the next 6 months. Everyone at the dealership was respectful and friendly. Wilfredo ensured I got a second key for my car which only took 15 minutes to make. I am very disappointed with this dealership when it comes to service. Because of the economy I have opted to take my truck to a mechanic that has been in the business for over 30 years. Just to look at my truck on a computer is over $200.00 when he does it for free! Is very sad and discouraging what the price difference is as well as the dealership not even trying to accommodate! I had an issue with the computer needing to be reset and they refused to do it because they didn't my oil change! This is why I gave this rating if I could have give zero I would !have

I took my Nissan rouge 2012 there in March of 2025 a dash board light came on for the air bag and would not go off. Figured it would be a quick because the car only had 39 thousand miles from when I bought it in 2012 new.(I don't really travel a lot being a senior and retired) Always got serviced here for years, but noticed that the personal began to change and so did the service. I was told by a technician that my car needed a Clock Spring. He called me at home so I asked How Much? He said $400.00 for the part, trusting them I said OK. Than he said it would be another $500.00 for labor. Total of $ 900.00 and it had been there for 4 hours waiting for service already before the quote. I had no choice, I felt.
