The vehicle I got itself was great. The service was great until after I bought the vehicle. Once the vehicle was bought, it took them one month to get me. The mirror that was promised to be repaired and replaced on the vehicle. They just handed me a mirror instead of actually replacing it. They managed to never put in the work order. I am still currently waiting for my registration to come in, I don't think they filed the paperwork because it's been 3 months and I know it doesn'take 3 months. Overall the vehicle's great service terrible

Do not buy your vehicle here. I promise you will regret it. Bought a truck here november 1 2025, within 2 weeks i had to have the engine replaced which was $16,000. Warranty covered only 11 of that so to get the truck back i had to pay them another $5,000. So at this point, 2 weeks of having the truck im already $7,000 spent. I get the truck back a month later. Had it for 2 months and now it has a misfire. Take it in to be diagnosed because surely they replaced everything that would cause a misfire. Nope, they replaced spark plugs but re-used the same spark plug wires which is why it has a misfire. They want to charge me another $600 to fix it. This entire company is a joke.

I wish I could give this place a negative 100000 They sold me a car with a busted engine and I have been without a car for 4 weeks now trying to get the servicing center to fix it. Within a week of purchasing the car I had a broken vacuum pump which the dealership paid for to get fixed. I have receipts for that. And now I have a blown head gasket The pictures below are of the smoke coming out of my car. Do not come to this place. Do not enter this place. Do not step foot on this lot. Run run run. All women run. Everyone run. I wish I could upload all of the receipts and videos I have. I’m dealing with a nightmare. This place is a real life scam. Cheap. The day after the sale i found a cracked light cover on the rear view mirror. I sent a photo to the sales person and they sent me pricing to fix it rather than paying to fix it. I went to a subaru dealership to fix it quick and be done with it. While replacing the cover piece, the subaru dealership discovered the other dealership had cheaply glued on a piece of black plastic to cover a good size hole at the bottom of the mirror. I expect cheap fixes by salvage titled dealership, but not autonation. I notified the sales person and the GM of the issues. Silence. They did auto send me an email to submit a review so here it is.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy a vehicle from this stealership. I came in with my husband to look at a Lexus SUV they had listed at a fair price. Condition of paint and amount of rust was not something we were comfortable with so we were going to pass. They located a newer and cleaner Lexus for us that they could transfer and we agreed to move forward due to THIER 5 days return policy. I was presented financing and payment options at 10% interest. FINE it's a 10 yr old car with 130K miles... went into finance, they had paper work with 3 different payment amounts. I signed for a payment at 362$ a month but they verbally told me the payment would be $402. ODD but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.....
