Poor customer service. Even if you buy your car brand new from Volkswagen they will refuse to give you a loaner vehicle while your car is being serviced. They will only provide a one way shuttle as a “courtesy” leaving you responsible to either walk back or pay for your own Uber/Lyft. I asked to speak to the manager regarding a courtesy credit for my Uber back since I spent $600 to have my car serviced and they refused saying I’d get a call the next day. Needless to say I never received a call back.

Trying to order parts through these people is equivalent to pulling teeth. The phone options send you on a endless loop for retail. And asking the commercial side for help has them hang up on you. Actual waste of time.
