Washer pump for a 27 year old car and they had exactly the factory rear (white pump) part I needed so I jumped on it. Fast shipping and was the correct item and fixed my issue. I looked later I could have gotten it $34 cheaper on Rock Auto. My mistake for not looking before purchasing.

After my order, I did not receive any shipping information. I called after several days, and was told my item should have been shipped. I was told I would receive a email. After a few more days and no email. I called again and got the same story. Two days later I got the notification it was shipped. It took over 11 days to receive my item.

When I was attempting to check out, the page just kept buffering. I didn't know if it was my connection or the web site. I never got a confirmation either way so I went through the process again. I later got two emails indicating that both transactions were successful so I went to the website and selected the Contact Us link. Using the order number provided I asked that the initial transaction be cancelled. Today I got an email indicating the second order had been shipped and just now I got an email indicating the initial order had been shipped. I never got a response from my request. Also, on the thumbnail I saw when I searched for the part it indicated a 12/4 delivery date but after the transaction it was 12/5-12/7 delivery. I made my first order from this company a little while back. I appreciate their checking of the vehicles VIN to ensure the correct part gets delivered. There are only two things that if they were to change would raise my rating to 5 stars. 1. The part that I ordered required two push pins to secure to the vehicles frame. It would've been really great if they had included them with the part. I have ordered through another company in the past that included all the parts necessary for installation. I assumed that would be case here also, but it wasn't. 2. If they were to use another carrier rather than FedEx. My order came a day late due to FedEx, which is common with them. They always take so long to deliver anyway, let alone arriving a day or days after promised. Other than those two things
