Excellent Service and Quality Work! I had some significant damage to my rear quarter panel after a scooter accident, and Auto Papa LLC took care of everything quickly and professionally. From the moment I brought the car in, the staff was friendly, honest, and clearly experienced. They gave me a fair estimate, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered the car on time — looking like nothing ever happened! The quality of the repair is outstanding. Amin n staff were so welcoming and their prices are very reasonable. They definitely know what they doing. He ordered the parts and it arrived no more than half an hour (brakes, bulbs n suspension) couldn’t wait for suspension to be changed so ii returned the next day. I would recommend these guys any day. This business is operating by friends who knows repair and ii trust them. Avoid this shop. Bait-and-switch pricing and outrageous labor charges. I was given a written estimate of $539.26, which included 2.0 hours of labor at $165/hr for front and rear brake pads. After I dropped my truck off, they increased the labor to 3.5 hours with no clear explanation and no new parts added, bringing the total to $786.76. I’ve uploaded both invoices so people can see exactly how the labor hours magically changed after they already had my vehicle. Rust was used as the excuse — which is completely unacceptable in Hawaii, where corrosion is normal and expected. Any honest shop would either include that in the original estimate or call for approval before adding charges. This place did neither. Extremely poor transparency, inflated labor, and shady business practices. There
