It's been 48 hours since the big snow storm and they haven't salted, shoveled, or anything. It's SO slippery and a massive chunk of sidewalk. ILLEGAL

Worst experience in retail/wholesale ever!!! Walked in place that looked like in shambles and the service was equivalent. I waited patiently for my turn and the guy at the front desk without greeting he looks up an says to me: "if you don't have an account I won't help you, we don't take walk ins." Instead of saying something like, excuse me sir how can I help you, do you have an account with us, can I help you set one up, if you don't mind waiting?, I got the above response. I don't know if this place changed hands or just policies, but this is not a good way of conducting business!!

Not open to the public , they only sell to people who have an account with them .

they all ways get the right part and fast its not the best parts but what do you want every thing is made in china now so just grin and bare it 😆
