Manager Brian was nice and has a lot of car knowledge.
Called on the phone described fuse to be replaces. She said I don't know what you are talking about. Very dismissive. Did not seem to know much about car fuses. I once again gave the fuse and she finally acknowledged the fuse to be replaces. A bit arrogant
Store Manager yells at employees and customers all the time. When upper management was told about it they did nothing but brush it off. So if u wanna get yelled at or cussed at on the phone go ahead and call
Best Auto parts store in MD. I called before they were open and they not only answered the phone early on a Saturday but had my parts there by 9am. Prices are great and they know their stuff.
Great team, always have the parts I need quick and friendly drivers
