I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Autoplex Motors in Lynnwood. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram ProMaster for $10,000, and less than three weeks after the purchase, the transmission completely failed. This is a major and very expensive mechanical failure that should never happen so soon after buying a vehicle. When I contacted the dealership for help, I was completely dismissed. The salesperson who handled my purchase, ANTONIO, clearly told me that the dealership would not help in any way and took zero responsibility, even though the vehicle had been purchased very recently. It is hard to believe that such a serious transmission problem was not present before the sale. Tried to con me into buying a 212K mile Toyota van that was in decent shape but they wanted nearly $10K for it. These guys tried to take advantage of me as I was desperate after a car accident. Don't do business with these guys, they are the definition of snakes and sleazy. Found an Odyssey at a competitor with 1/2 the mileage and better maintenance history for 1/2 the price and it's been great.

Never go there. They sell flooded cars.
