Had a good experience at Autoright. Got a good price on a decent used vehicle. Our salesman Riley was friendly and courteous. My wife was stressed out and he handled it great. There wasn’t any high pressure sales tactics. They worked with many finance options to get us the best percentage rate possible. I would recommend this place to others.

I started working with Reiley several months ago, looking for a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. She was very kind and helpful, not pressuring me but understanding and patient with me taking time to find the right car. She even drove to Kirkland to bring a car I was interested in from the Kirkland location to their LS lot for me to test drive! The car was perfect for me, and the purchase was quick and easy! I had a great time working with Reiley and Jordan, they are good people! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Salesman Preston was super nice and no pressure at all. Jordan wrapped up the paperwork swiftly and clearly explained each page - (well the laser printer initially was being a pill but, just before I left, it printed everything out). :) The overall experience was very 5 star postive = "The LJ Way"!

If I could give these guys six stars... I would. Riley is undoubtedly the coolest and most knowledge car salesman I've ever had the pleasure to work with! He made the fun parts of the process a blast, and the cumbersome bits as easy as possible for all parties. I even came in with my own lender that ended up proving to be a little difficult for us to work with, but Riley and his team were focussed and diligently handled everything that needed to be, and I was off in my new (to me) honda by EOD! The aptmosphere of this dealership was top notch, and extremely clean and professional. They even gave me a pretty generous offer for my trade in, which I appreciate, AND they even put brand new tires on the car I chose which was ANOTHER bonus. I had just moved to Washington a few weeks ago and needed a second vehicle. I went in knowing what I wanted to test drive, but it was in a different location. Decided to test drive a recommended vehicle by Riley, and it turns out it became the car I purchased a few days later. Reily and Jordan made the purchasing process a breeze. It would've been five stars, but the follow-up communication for test driving the vehicle I originally wanted was not met. It was sold the next day, and I wasn't informed until I went in a few days later for an appointment I had scheduled to test drive it and choose between the two cars to purchase. Overall, great experience and great people who gave an awesome recommendation for food.
