Happy customer here. I recently bought a beautiful Jaguar F-Pace from Autos of Plano and it couldn’t have been easier. I worked primarily with Oscar Franco in Sales and he was a great communicator. I picked up my car from out-of-state (flew in, drove out) which requires a little extra logistical coordination. Everything went smoothly and on the day of pickup, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, which I really appreciated! I would buy from this dealership again and would personally ask for Oscar again next time - he helped make my car buying experience a pleasure. 🙏

Was researching for a car for my wife on Car Guru’s and found this beauty. Angelica Juarez reached out to me and we were able to work something out. I never seen the vehicle in person, only saw the pics and the walk through video that Angelica sent. I had the car delivered to N.C. to be a surprise gift to my wife! The car showed up and was exactly what was listed and shown!

Please take this for what it’s worth, since every experience is different. 1/21 about 9am I call to confirm car is still available, Andre confirms that it is, so my wife and I make our way to the dealership about an hour away. We enter the building and I find Andre in the back office and wave at him. He makes his way towards us and we walk out to the garage to look at the BMW M235i. He starts the car and back up as my wife and I are looking at the car. Very first thing I noticed is that it is missing the tow hook cover, so I asked “will they be replacing that?” He assured me they had the piece or else they would order it. Oscar was more than helpful in communicating, negotiating, and sealing the deal inside of a week.
