I found a used vehicle that I was interested in at this dealership. I read all the reviews about this dealership, and it is highly rated. I worked with “Sheryer” over the phone. “Sheryer” answered every question that I had and went above and beyond my expectations. He sent multiple photos, a video, and he drove the vehicle for me before I went to the dealership. Everything was accurately disclosed by Sheryer. My goal was to come to a financial agreement before I went to the dealership, and I was able to do that. The vehicle was immaculately clean, and mechanically sound. We purchased a vehicle from Autos of Texas in Tyler, TX. The salesman who sold us the car was nice and helpful during the purchase, which is the only reason for the two stars. Unfortunately, less than 30 days after buying the car, we started having multiple issues. When I called the dealership to ask for help, I was told that the car was the cheapest one they had and that there was nothing they could do. That response was disappointing, especially so soon after purchase. I understand buying a used car comes with risks, but some level of support or concern would have gone a long way.
