Nicole and team saved my day. I traveled in to town to do a pre-buy on a car for my son and brought it to another shop only to find out they couldn't download the DME data from the car. Desperate, and late in the day, I called Autoscope. Nicole answered and was incredibly helpful, answered my technical questions and somehow fit me in to their schedule on short notice. The reports were complete, their technician was easy to talk to and their process was flawless. I bought the car and drove it 4 hours home. I highly recommend their service!

Outstanding shop and experience from start to finish with my 2019 Land Rover Range Rover. I brought it for a transmission service. They found a coolant leak I was unaware of, notified me and fixed it during the recommended coolant flush. They serviced my air conditioning system as well. Steve kept me in the loop. Chris & team did an outstanding job with repairs. Highly recommend Autoscope for European cars especially. Euro cars need a special level of service. I dropped my car off to get an estimate on repairing the motorized screen on the roof of my car. This is how they return your vehicle. When asked to fix the screen that’s falling off they said they wouldn’t fix it because it would take 5-6 hours of labor. It was completely in tact when I dropped the vehicle off. Their solution, take a razor blade and cut it off. Absolute horrible customer service for luxury vehicles. Instead of standing by the damage they did, their solution is cause more damage. Inexcusable.

As an out-of-town customer, I had them perform a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche from a local dealership. It was the most thorough and extensive PPI I have ever had done. I would highly recommend them, they are easy to work with and genuinely care about the service they provide.

First class service from start to finish. The transparency of the work that they performed on my car is a game changer. Photos and videos of the parts before and after should be a standard in the auto repair industry. It’s basic common sense. Autoscope knows how to run the business. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there and avoid the black hole that most dealerships offer for repair.
