Autosheen Soft Cloth Car Wash

The WORST car wash EVER!! DO NOT waste your time or money. Well it took only 5 minutes. Inside of car didn’t even look like they touched it. Horrible service 😡 I use the autosheen in Blackwood usually and they are excellent.

Absolute waste of money. Took my car for a wash after a long road trip. You couldn't even tell it went thru a wash. Dirt and bugs still stuck all over. I was optimistic that the experience would match those from the Blackwood and Cherry Hill location, not even close. I was even more surprised that the two ladies towel drying didn't say or do anything about the awful job. Never again.

I’ve been coming to Auto Sheen for years. They used to do a decent job, but the quality has really declined. The interior cleaning is rushed — vacuuming is incomplete and the wipe-down is often poorly done or not done at all. For the price, the service just isn’t worth it. I was there this morning and left disappointed again. Now I’m at a local self-service car wash doing my other car myself — and it’s packed, while Auto Sheen wasn’t busy. That says a lot.

This was the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced. Do NOT waste your time or money. I brought my wife’s white Nissan in, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I even complained to the representative because the car didn’t look washed at all. I paid an extra $15 for a hand wipe, and it still looked bad. I ended up having to get the car washed again at another place.

Things aren't what they used to be here. No longer stocking any supplies inside except in vending machines, which were all out of order. Still not many staff. Best news is price hasn't gone up much, if at all since i last visited, so its a pretty good value. Especially if you bring the coupon in the Today's Shopper. Been awhile since I've stopped in for a wash. Prices have gone up but not that much compared to everything else lately. Unfortunately like lots of other places they cant find help so the time it takes is a little slower than it used to be, but they still do a good job! Always a good job and quick no matter how long the lines. They put coupons in the weekly circulars and they have a rewards program for frequent customers too. I don't think I've ever paid full price for a wash
