Autosmith

We suffered major tire damage in front of Autosmith shop in Colorado Springs. Manager Rick kindly let us leave the car in his parking lot while we obtained a replacement tire (Autosmith performs a variety of services but does not sell tires). His tech cheerfully changed the tire (in the rain!) despite that the car was on the far side of the parking lot rather than inside the shop. We greatly appreciate the great service and helpful attitude of Rick and his techs. If we lived in the area, Autosmith would be our go-to for all auto service!

10/27/2025 - My 2nd highly satisfied experience at AUTOSMITH. They restored the front end assembly 2 year ago, and now my 17 year old Radiator on 1998 Chevy Silverado finally expired. Rick and the technician installed new radiator and flushed the "stop leak" 🙄 out of the cooling system in 4 hours. Very fair total for labor and parts. They also performed thorough inspections informing of some issues needing attention including the 3 year old "Ever Start battery" that had perhaps ONE remaining start left in it. I appreciated the use of their loaner vehicle too. I highly recommend AUTOSMITH.

Last spring we were on vacation and passing through Colorado Springs when our Van broke down. I called a few places for help but everyone was busy. Autosmith was also full- but made room for us and was quick to get us on the road. Super kind folks!

What a great experience at Auto Smith Automotive on Eighth Street! This team is always thorough and honest. Rick, who manages the front desk, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He really took the time to go over the issues I had after my visit to Brakes Plus. For context, Brakes Plus told me I needed a whole new set of shocks, but Rick and his team confirmed that my shocks were perfectly fine—such a relief! They also pointed out that I was missing a lug nut (after visiting Brakes Plus on 8th Street earlier this morning), which was something I hadn’t caught. Overall, it’s just a fantastic place to go for car maintenance. The staff is honest, friendly, and professional—you really can’t ask for more. Thank you so much, Rick and the entire team at Auto Smith! I’ll definitely be coming

This place is amazing! My wife needed new rear brake pads and rotors and Lawrence (some call him LT) really hooked us up! Saved us $600 off of what the dealership was quoting. I’ll never go anywhere else!
