Absolutely unacceptable quote! I called Autospecs Glass, LLC and spoke with Shardiae P for an Audi A5 window regulator repair. They quoted me an outrageous $915.48 total, including an exorbitant $450 for labor alone. This is all after my name was laughed at and my girlfriend called back to report it. When I advised her that I had similar repairs done previously for a labor cost of around $200 to most $250 and asked if they could negotiate, they showed zero willingness to compromise or even discuss a reasonable labor rate. Their $450 labor charge is predatory and ridiculous. Avoid this place if you value fair pricing and reasonable service.
