Their ad made no mention of body work but I called them anyway. Right away Dontrell, told me they can fix my bumper and they try to find a gently used one to save me money. He found my bumper and told me how much it would cost unpainted. Because I was a little nervous about this he pulled one on the computer so I could see what it would look like. I’m thinking it’s gonna give Marcus a sporty look, I’m perfectly fine with this AND the money I’m saving. In the end, it cost me less than half of what the first estimate was. Those guys didn’t offer me the option of a used bumper or fore going the paint job to save money. Not to mention AutoStream also has financing, which didn’t need after all. I’m very pleased with the work and the speedy service, in and out the same day. And let me not forget

Great service. Communicate with my on everything that was to be done and things that needed to be done on my vehicle. They did not pressure me on making those decisions nor make me feel I was neglecting my vehicle. They informed me the most priority things that needed to be done. In the time limit. Over all this was the best service I had in many years I have had a vehicle. My family and I will be make future appointments with their business.

This was by far the best service I have ever received anywhere. Dontrell is very kind, straightforward and helpful. The pricing was shockingly lower than my husband & I expected (we’re coming from NY) , they have payment plan options, offer rides to & from the shop while they have your car, timing to fix the car was way fast than we anticipated as well. This is officially our car shop. Thank you guys!

The service advisor Dontrell is knowledgeable and has a very warm trusting personality. He explains everything well and keeps me up to date with every aspect of my vehicle. Auto stream works diligently to repair your vehicle.

Text message with picture of test results is top notch, diagnostic only $50-60. Very good customer service. Dontrell keeps it 100 Had to update my review, been back a few times and its a better experience everytime. They send you pictures of all the tests they run and any damage they find so you know you are never getting scammed. Customer service from the whole staff is great. They want to save you money. Got me in immediately for service when needed, cannot say enough good things about this place.
