I purchased Billet specialties Redline front and rear rims for my challenger from Jason. After the rims arrived I noticed what I describe as staining or blotches on inner barrel of front rim ( see attached photos ). I followed up with Jason indicating , this didn't seem normal and should be corrected. He never really responded and only after I chased him down, he indicated that this was normal condition. He then asked if I wanted the inner section polished , he would clarify cost and advise. He never got back to me. Jason follow up after he had my payment was not good. I generally had to chase him down because he would not reply. Through a post on Facebook , Glenn George an owner at Biller specialties did reply indicating this condition is normal and labeled it Grind and if I wanted th

fitted both my vehicles with custom offset wheels and tires and couldn’t be happier. Great communication and customer service. Will be back Again for audio next.
