Autotailor

The techs have no ability to do anything other than follow a manual step by step. They wouldn't adjust the rear toe on my car because their software said it needed a special tool...... All that tool does is provide easier leverage to slide the longitudinal arm mount bracket (which adjusts toe). They could've just tapped the bracket with a rubber mallet but now I gotta go do this myself... Aka setup a string alignment, or calculate how much to move the bracket based on the arm length and angle required. What a waste of time and money.

Wow an amazing repair shop. When I first went into Auto tailor I had already spent thousands of dollars in repairs trying to get my Jeep fixed. Collin and Brent listened to my frustrations. They knew this was a situation that needed careful caution. The jeep had work done by another mechanic who would not confirm everything he did, so Autotailor team had to go off current diagnostics. During the weeks they had our Jeep they gave us a car to drive. No other mechanics shop has offered that. Autotailor care about their clients and do their best not to make repairs cost an arm and a leg. I call Brent and Collin for all my questions now.

This is a great shop! They were always very patient in listening to my concerns and consistently went “above and beyond “ to explain and perform the necessary work. In addition, they had a genuine interest in my satisfaction. I have great trust in them.

I am thrilled with these guys! They had my truck in and out and running better than it did when I originally bought it. I would highly recommend Autotailor to anyone that is in need of service. 10/10

Very happy we discovered this garage. They are very up front about repairs and associated costs. We have learned we can trust their judgement - and their mechanics. Having car issues is never fun but we can feel a bit better knowing we have a great repair shop who will do us a solid in getting everything running as it should.
