My son and I were traveling for spring break and our truck had issues. JB diagnosed the issue for us and helped us get on our way. Very honest and caring guy. This is an AMAZING COMPANY!! We were on our way back to Nashville the Friday after Thanksgiving and the belt on our Jeep Wrangler came apart. It was 8 mins from closing and J.B made sure to take care of us. His crew worked on our Jeep after hours and even took us to the store to buy the parts we needed. We were back on the road in no time. They were very professional and very AFFORDABLE. This is the Auto Repair place you want to go too!!! Big Thanks to J.B and Ralph.

Car broke down about 4pm with 2 small children and a sick wife on I-40 on the way home to Texas . JB was not only the only mechanic to answer his phone at 4pm even though he was just as busy as all the others trying to finish his work for the day, but he picked up the car, made sure I had a ride back to the hotel and to his shop the next morning and took care of us first thing because of our situation and charged us a very reasonable price for the work. I cannot recommend this shop and this man enough. I wish I lived there so he could be my permanent mechanic.

I had such a wonderful experience with this mechanic. My engine started overheating on the way back to New Mexico after the holidays. It was a Sunday, and almost all shops were closed. But he came out and met me where I was parked and took a look at my car and got me on my way within an hour. He was so nice and helpful. This mechanic truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!!!

My friends and I were on the way to Memphis for a doctor's appt and caught a blow out in my truck on a 2 lane back road highway. A gentleman stopped to help us but my lugs were on too tight. I called the local tire shops in the area searching for a tire and possibly a tow. No luck what So ever. So we had to put put to Auto Tech in Brownsville. The gentleman there, Jarvis Beard, didn't have a tire to fit my vehicle. But check this out....Jarvis called around to a nearby shop (1 that I called), talked to someone there, had them check to make sure they still had the tire. They did. Jarvis let me and my friends (grant it, the 3 of us are older &1 of my friends had her 5 year old gbaby) sit in his office cause it was hotter than fried cooking oil outside, took my tire off my truck, we
