Just picked up my car 20 min ago that I dropped off last Friday , they charged me for electrical check $190 3xs to find electrical shortage in power control module ..., had to ask them to put part back on so I can drive home .. left to go home turn signals not working , power windows not working inside lights not working everything was working , just fine when dropped off not knowing what else , immediately called to inform them was told to bring in Monday so whole weekend with out car ..... Let u know what happens on Monday highly upset non professional behavior.....kind of worried about taking it back to them concerned may create damage to be nasty about review we will see .... Call to get a quote on some O2 sensors for my truck. I recently had both of my catalytic converters replaced and new piping underneath so everything is solid. I just needed new O2 sensors and when I called the guy over the phone was trying to argue with me about needing a new catalytic converter when I told him all I needed was a quote for four oxygen sensors. After getting nowhere on the phone conversation, I just told him I would take my business elsewhere. I guess the shop is a good shop if you don’t know what’s going on with your truck, but God forbid you already know what you need and you try to go to these guys to get some work done.

I'm so glad I did my research to locate these fellows...I called looking for repair, thinking it was one thing, I thought was overpriced but needed it. Spoke to Michael who I asked for a quote of what I needed and he was honest and made things clear about quoting me a price of specific work, without seeing and assessing the vehicle...he had reservations and stated to bring the car for a diagnostic...he broke down the cost. Showed me step by step testing of malfunctions and how technical testing determined the problem of repair...they located the problem and gave recommendation in other work for future services ... Not recommended. Took my car here in a panic because my car wouldn't shift into park after driving it work. Paid $190 for diagnosis and they quoted me over $600 for the fix. It was too much for a repair on a '05 car so I declined. They shoved a piece of paper to hold the shifter so I could get home and shift it into park. Ended up diagnosing myself by looking it up and just replaced the shifter bushing. costed me $8 for the park and 20 minutes of my time.

Finding an auto repair plane that can be trusted is hard. Ive had problems passing the smog test on my Mazda Miata. After going to 5 different places that for one reason or another couldn't help, I brought it to Autotech. I spoke to Dave and he told me to bring it in. He kept me UTD every step of the way. He called when he said he would, explained everything an fixed my car and it passed the test. Thank you Dave and Autotech. I will totally recommend and use you again.
