Auto Tech Maui was very accommodating. Took my 2012 Mini Cooper there for servicing. So I knew that there were many issues going on with my Mini. I have the Fixed app that showed me exactly what needed to be done and a range of how much any parts and labor should cost. Okay now here it is, their pricing came a little under of what the fixed app told me it should cost. Not to mention their customer service support is out of this world. They kept me informed every step of the way throughput the day. I am 100% scheduling other appointments with them soon to get my mini Cooper back into TOP SHAPE. I called Philip that we need to tow our RR on an emergency basis due to the our RR had no juice on the battery and he was so accommodating. He actually wait for my arrival beyond his business hours closing. He changed the battery and repair our leaking tires and called us the next day. It was done and an amazing job. My experience with Autotech and the owner Phillip has been wonderful. I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne Hybrid and was looking for a reliable mechanic that I could establish a relationship with for all my maintenance needs and repairs. I bought it knowing there was a couple fixes that needed to be done. The man who assisted me took my information, said he would get in touch with the owner, and find out if it was ok to share the details of the car. He called me back within 24hours and gave me a detailed explanation of the services they had provided. I appreciated that they were committed to their customers and checked in with the owner before disclosing any information. The timeliness was fantastic as well. I will definitely consider using them as my shop.
