I have been with these guys over FIVE DECADES. Although ownership recently changed hands, the service remains top-notch: HONEST, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH, TIMELY, REASONABLY-PRICED—ALL YOU CAN ASK FOR IN AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP (Which specializes in Toyotas)!

Definitely recommend this mechanic place. I just move up to Syracuse and first time to an auto repair shop in this city. I got a right place. Jeff, this guy was helping me a lot. He is professional and reliable. First time was changed left taillight. I thought the was brake light but it was taillight. second time was car inspection. I had great experience with them. Third time was used battery saver to save my car. Because I was on vacation for 20 days。When I came back, my car ran out of battery and I couldn't start my car. I appreciate him for helping me. I know my car is in good hands. They have been friendly and made me feel comfortable every time. Thank you so much again!

This is by far the worst experience I have had with an auto repair. I took my car in for a check engine light. Jeff, the self-proclaimed expert of my make/model claims to have "fixed" an $800 issue that was not the presenting problem. The check engine light was back on as soon as I pulled off the lot. Jeff offered from the kindness of his heart to "fix" the problem again and only charge $400 for what I know is a $200 part. The old owner had integrity this new ownership seems to lack. They will never service any of my cars again.
