Tried to use them for the first time. Our lift had a bad seal leak. We called them. They sent out their tech and he verified that this could be rebuilt. A few minutes into the job, the tech came and asked for a pipe wrench, stating that he did not have one in his truck and that he could not do the job without it. We lent him a pipe wrench and then he proceeded to work for awhile and needed to borrow our vise to install the seal kit in our cylinder. After a bit of struggling, he came and told us that he could not get it apart to install the seal. So, we took a look at it and he offered for us to try get it apart, which we were not experienced in this field. So, we just took his word for it that we would have to purchase a new one. I recently contracted with Professional Maintenance for lift repairs on a 25 yr old drive on lift. I made the decision with their help to simply replace the lift. After searching around a couple days on prices, installation costs and the like, I came back to Professional Maintenance and booked the job. Not because they were the cheapest, or had any BS incentives, but because they spent as much time as I needed answering questions and helping me decide on the right lift. One week later and that bay was back in business. They stayed in touch, the crew showed up on time and within minutes were laying out the lift details, and a few hrs later they were gone. After numerous attempts to repair a piece of equipment they claimed user error. Now as i'm watching the machine it has the same issue for the 3rd time in under 2 months. Every visit they will gladly charge you to diagnose an issue that they cant fix anyway. In our industry we call it a come back when its not repaired properly but they call it an opportunity to charge you another $400 to do nothing again. Would find someone else to deal with. This company is a joke and doesn't stand behind their "repairs."

Would not apply our sales tax exemption or answer phones.

Super nice people. Elderly like me, so we got along great.
