Quick background story: I used to come to this shop for years back when Aboz owned it. It was the ONLY shop I trusted and ALWAYS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Honestly it hasn't been the same since he sold it and it shows tremendously! [*HEADS UP THIS IS A LONG REVIEW. MANY PARTS!] My first initial interaction was rough. Patricia wasn't the friendliest. I spoke with her over the phone to get a quote for replacing my front & rear suspension on my 08 GL450 Benz. Labor only because I had my own parts which included the full set [*Photos included] and had confirmed with 2 other shops prior to that's indeed what it was [Had the quotes in the glove box]. This is a great mom-and-pop mechanic shop. They were honest, straightforward, and didn’t overcharge me, which is hard to find these days. I liked them enough that I came back twice — first for front brakes and rotors, then the following week for the rear brakes and rotors. Both times the work was done right and the experience was smooth. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-nonsense shop you can trust, this is definitely one I’d recommend.

Honestly, THEY FORCE CUSTOMERS TO GIVE 5 STAR RATING. I went to them for an oil change which was priced at 50$ over the call and which seemed the lowest in the locality. After I went there I met the owner and as we know each other we kept talking and on a random note I asked him he price he told me it was 60$. After I told him the price over phone was 50$ he told me "yes I got confused it's 50$ as your regular customer". What does he mean? Over call he doesn't know my number and charged me less but as I'm a regular customer he tried to over price me. As he agreed to do the work at 50$ i gave my car key to start the work and the the mechanic comes out and shows me a leak. There were dried up marks which was done 1 month ago of the leak and they tried to show me that it wasn't done. The f

They will rob you. Bumper and something was bent i believe that estimated me $1650. I got the same job done from the other shop without changing bumper at $300. Avoid! AVOID! avoid this place. I came here because of recommendations that was my mistake. Just to look after the car in the shop he charged me $120 after negotiating so hard from $150. Go to 1149 yosemite st place for any repair with my name Happy it will be cheaper from any place in colorado.

I’m writing this review to share my ongoing issue with Autotech and Tune. I brought my vehicle in for an engine replacement and entered into a written payment agreement with them. The contract clearly outlined the total cost, payment schedule, and a 90-day warranty on the engine provided by their warehouse. After only a short time, the replacement engine failed. The shop admitted the engine was under warranty and that a replacement was available. However, instead of honoring our original signed agreement, they demanded full payment upfront before reinstalling the new engine — even though I’ve been making my payments on time and am still within the warranty period.
