If you want to lose money and time, with not even a minimum on the work done, this is the right place, stay away !!! 500 dollars for transmission revision, but the problem was the support and not the transmission, money wasted 1625 dollars for oil tank replacement, and I problem continues if not that it got worse, all this to be told that the problem is the tank, that it was bought by him used and that not as a guarantee

I established contact with Auto Trust, (Juan and Doris Avila), through a flyer received in my mail. This is perhaps five years ago. Since then, juan has performed all the annual service for my Mercedes and he has been extremely responsive to any problem I may have had Thru the year we have been in contact with Juan and Doris, I have been able to appreciate the expertise and honesty of Juan. Thus, if he advises me the car needs some repair, I know that he is telling me the truth, and tell him to proceed. Only recently we had problems with the computer system and with the steering system. My Mercedes Benz ML350 broke down pretty scary and I got really nervous. When I found Auto Trust International everyone was very caring and understanding. They gave me an outstanding customer service, and most importantly they fixed my car perfectly. 100% recommended.

Stay away from this place if you don’t own a mercedes. Took my bmw m5 and after $2700 the car was still bad. They told me after collecting the money that they need to repair more stuff to get it going. Computer scanning means nothing to them. They just want to get more and more from you. Not only they did not fix what I brought my car for but they broke many thing inside the hood that later on It will be replace at the bmw dealer. Good word of advise…if you don’t own a Mercedes’… stay away from this place if you don’t want to get violated.

Great service and knowledgeable mechanic. Avila explained what I needed for my car and maintenance. Great prices for a certified Mercedes mechanic. Will go back instead of taking my car to MB. Recommended to all!
