Had a great experience with this car repair shop. The service was fast, honest, and reasonably priced. Marcus was the guy who helped me, and he was awesome—super knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, but Marcus made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

My husband and I took our car in and had a complete new brakes and brake pads and rotors put on our 2014 Ford escape, Marcus and his team at the Navasota location are absolutely the most pleasant, friendly, thorough, an awesome customer service!! This is at least our third time bringing our vehicle to them and never had any problems after the repairs that they have done. The prices are good and we utilized the easy pay which made it even that much more bearable. Marcus thank you for all of your help and your support you guys are awesome!!!!!!

I have dealt with these guys repeatedly. After taking in to their shop my van always had something else go wrong. I’d return under the idea of it being under warranty because it always seemed like it was something associated with the repairs they’ve already done. I’d still be paying for new repairs even though it seemed something that should’ve been handled on their part already. Even broke part of my van during repairs and made me pay for the repairs. They’d laugh at me when I’m trying to talk seriously about the situation. When I called their district boss he said he’d call back after looking into it and never heard a peep. Even if he sided with them he could’ve at least called back. They seem pretty driven to hold you accountable for their mess ups and find ways to charge you more mone

Great experience with everything from initial quote to signing the receipt at the end. Dustin was very helpful initially talking through email and then when I went into the shop I worked with Marcus who was friendly and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be back for all my automotive needs.

I stopped by the nearest auto center because my car had a loose bolt and was making a noise. Marcus was so friendly, understood the problem, and fixed it right away free of charge. Thank you so much. I would definitely be a customer if I lived nearby.
