A year ago, I went to Auto Vice Miami and they replaced my transmission under warranty. A few days ago, I returned to have the warranty honored again because my car was having issues, but they said the transmission was “perfect” and did not want to inspect it thoroughly. They also claimed that the current engine oil leak at the oil cooler was causing the transmission to “knock,” which I don’t believe explains the full problem. I specifically asked them to check the transmission fluid, and they said it was “normal after one year.” However, another shop later found that the transmission only had 2.5 liters of ATF, when it should have much more. The fluid was black, and the filter was in poor condition, showing the transmission had been running with inadequate lubrication. This is not norma

I had a leaking tire and stopped by without an appointment, and they helped me right away. My car was fixed within 30 minutes, and everyone was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need assistance again!

I had an 8am appointment with a coupon, I was attended to promptly. They said about 45 minutes to an hour so I left, and my vehicle was ready when I got back. They also quoted me on a few other items my vehicle needs. Very good customer service.
