Always a great experience with Auto Works! I had some car problems and not a lot of time as I had to go back to work out of town, but Mark and his hard working team of mechanics made sure that I was able to get my car back in time with some discounts applied to help me with the cost. I've been using Auto Works for now over 25+ years and Mark never fails when it comes to customer service and caring for their needs!

I called to see if I could get a second opinion for an auto repair. His shop was too busy to take my car in, but he still went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He informed me of additional sources that could assist me. He could have simply told me his shop was full and said have a great day, but he was gracious enough to go above and beyond. I can definitely understand why he is so busy. I would definitely recommend this auto shop.

Randy and the other staff are very nice and helpful during my experience. My car engine light came on and he not only found the problem but also some other big issues with my car to help maintain it.

They opened up on time as their hours stated, and were very professional in their taking my vehicle in on a sudden notice early Monday morning when they opened, have kept me informed of every step they took to diagnose my vehicle via telephone call, and text message where I can see video footage and descriptions of all that was conducted regarding my vehicle I'd say they are very professional in demeanor and work ethic. Brought my 65 Impala here roughly in 2015 or so and they did great work back then and is why I chose them recently to diagnose my truck.
