I walked in, 1. No greeting when I walked in. 2. Didn't seem like anyone had a smile. 3. I stood in the same section for at least 10 min looking for a filter in a book. An employee walked by and did say hello, but didn't say I'll be right with you after this customer. 4.After I found what I needed, I went to check out. The first guy looked like he didn't want to be there as I walked up to pay. He then walked off and then a Mexican guy came up to check me out. I sensed a little racism with the first guy. 5. That is the the worst service. Five employees and 3 customers in the store. One employee with one customer. I'm sure you can do the math. It's a good thing I am knowledgeable with the maintenance on cars. I worked in part stores for 10 years. I purposely stood around just to see. I was v

Jerry was great. I have a Ford Edge that has the battery in the worst place. When I went to get a new one he helped me without pressure and changed it for me. He did admit that some people can't or won't with the location but he was willing to.. He was quick, friendly, and professional. As a Single lady this is rare to find in the Auto parts world.

These folks have best best in town over the last few projects. Can't recommend them enough.

Only one worker wanting to help an he stays in San Angelo everybody else just walking around like hmm how do I do my job , sad! Expect better from Autozone!!!!

The old white haired manager is rude..no customer service at all..very hostile to be in charge..will never come back to this location. Go to the other one down the road..better customer service
