I've shopped at this AutoZone several times over the past 3 years, and a few others over my life. But this past Saturday, I had the best experience here that I've ever had at any auto store. I purchased a car battery on Friday that ended up having some issues between the charge and the necessary power. I brought it back on Saturday morning, and was greeted by Vincent Miller. He told me at first that they might not be able to return it based on policy. But after explaining the situation, Vincent worked tirelessly to figure out a way to take care of me and get me the battery I needed, despite the computer system not wanting to cooperate due to the previously mentioned policy. No he did not rush the process, he knows his information and hit the nail on the head. Again thank you and my problem was solved in just $9 and I have extra parts as well. I highly recommend working with Ethan and Vincent Miller The customer experience goes way and beyond. Even though most of my parts I usually order are at the hub in Marietta I rather still just do with the store and wait for delivery. These guys never disappoint me.
