The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They always know where things we need are. If they don't have it, they will order it or help us find it somewhere else. They will even loan you tools to use in their parking lot. Thank you Auto Zone.

Bought a couple of sensors here and they had to order them which was fine but one of them did not fit our truck… now I had already thrown the box away but had my receipt. They refused to return the part because they said it was an oem part but that was the part they ordered for me I wasn’t trying to scam them for the whole $17 that the part cost I just wanted to exchange it for the right part… I got treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about probably because I’m a women but I know that was the part they ordered and I wasn’t trying to scam a whole whooping $17 from them… I will never take my business there again over this because they ordered the wrong part and I still wind up having to keep the damn thing…
