I had to get a battery from auto zone on east olgethrope and and my girl Shannon was great from the jump she was very knowledgeable when it came to different thing far as checking and knowing this and that with the battery she engage in a small talk with me while assisting me and she even was patient with my for making my payment cause I was trying to pay with Klarna she even assisted with that as well. Even though it took me a minute to proceed with the payment she need rush me nor tend to another customer she was concerned to help me with this payment she was soooo helpful we need more people like her in the customer service field. I really appreciate her and her skills. My go to place for my car needs.

I was driving from Atlanta and the Serpentine Belt on my BMW popped and shredded I was stuck in Albany confused on what to do, I could not find a mechanic so I decided to try myself at Autozone, I was there not to long trying to figure out how to do it, One of the workers named Fred came out to help me after I've been struggling, He showed me the correct parts I needed to complete my task and when the store was empty he came out to assist me and we quickly got the job done I've very grateful for his help and generosity without him I would be stranded.

I really appreciated one of Auto Zone best, Mr. Logan. For help me and giving me such great customer service today. Thank you.

Easy find right off the hwy. The store is busy. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have never been in this store and left not disappointed, staff fights tooth and nail with getting what you need, they don’t listen and treat you like you are stupid
