I called about a battery that I wanted to buy, but I wanted to be installed. They said OK come they will install for free when I got there. I bought the battery after I purchased it. They told me if I wanted to be installed. I have to pay another $20 so I had to get my money back. Go to advance auto bought it from them. They installed it, freeing with no problem. Tell her name was Christian

They put the incorrect battery in my car- causing me over $600 in charges to get fixed by the Honda dealer and to miss a family funeral. District manager refuses to pick up the phone. Despicable. I also would like to note that it was very obvious that the district manager was texting the employee while I was standing there and ignoring my phone calls.

They closed it one hour before the legal time that’s crazy they getting free money wow

They were super nice. They installed my battery for me after I was lied to about installation from another store. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts and were super quick with it and kind. I definitely be coming back anytime I need car stuff

The people they have on the night shift have very bad customer service skills and don’t appreciate their jobs. I went here by chance cause of bad traffic and couldn’t get to the other side of the street to go to the Advanced Auto Parts store across the street at the plaza. They are always more helpful and better at their jobs.
