I mistakenly turned my wipers on to swipe what looked like rain drops on my windshield. Much to my surprise those drops were frozen and so was my wiper blade so it screwed up the ball inside the lower mechanics of the arm on my driver's side and I still needed to get to my crucial appt that was an hour away. After going to a different auto store they couldn't help me at all. So I went to AutoZone in Albion NY and Jimmy Harper just so happened to be coming back from lunch so I caught him before he got to the doors of the store and asked him if he could come right back out and help me. Very friendly atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable and helps you get the right parts you need. A couple of employees are bilingual.
