I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an extraordinary staff who demonstrated exceptional customer service. When I visited to purchase brake pads, I was informed that they were unavailable for purchase anywhere except through one website, which required me to purchase and have them shipped to my home. The staff took the initiative to assist me in locating the brake pads and walked me through the ordering process on the website. Their commitment to helping me was remarkable, as they had no obligation to do so. They went out of their way to try to save me money and even contacted the Dodge dealership to verify the correct brake pads. The customer service is truly exceptional, and the staff are truly one-of-a-kind.
Great customer service, and a knowledgeable staff. Kaitlyn the manager, was very helpful, and has a great knowledge of parts, that I was really surprised in.
Useless! Can’t figure out how to order a transmission. When it’s clearly on their website.
