Like others have mentioned, the former “24-hour” operation sounded great in theory, but in practice it was unreliable. There were multiple occasions where I showed up overnight to locked doors while employees were clearly inside and did not acknowledge customers. Other times the doors were locked while staff were outside on their phones or taking smoke breaks. It felt like the overnight shift operated with little to no oversight. During normal business hours, the front end is often understaffed, usually with only two employees. As a result, it’s common to wait 10–20 minutes in line just to get assistance. Worst. Commercial team across all the AutoZone stores in the milwaukee area! They take forever to send out your parts, and when you call them to find out if your parts are coming today or next week they put you on hold for well over 5 minutes! AutoZone needs to fix this location or at least clean out the crew that does commercial for this location because its absurd when you want to get a vehicle out of your shop and they can't get you parts in a timely manner! Getting really REALLY close to never ordering from AutoZone ever again! For reference the commercial agent we dealt with was a "Maya"

My company sent me to pick up parts, but completely screwed up the order. The manager there very patiently worked his way through the mess until he got it all straightened out. It must have been very frustrating for him to correct so many obvious customer errors, but he never showed anything but professionalism. Impressive.
