We have choice where to shop for parts and team members like Tyler make it easy to choose Autozone! Stopped in for an STP Cabin Air filter for my 2016 Tacoma. Tyler greeted me with a smile and had exactly what I needed. Even did the change out for me. What a Saint! So many business could learn from this customer experience to grow their companies . Huge shoutout to my brother Sterling! With a winter storm coming, ice melt was sold out everywhere. Sterling held the last bag for me while I drove across town after searching for a long time. Saved me a ton of stress, 5 out of 5 amazing customer service. I’ll be back!

Scar at AutoZone was amazing! She helped me find the right battery at a great price and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Excellent service and super friendly — highly recommend!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a worker. I didn’t catch his name but he had red hair and a beard. I left and went to Oreilly’s down the road where I received amazing customer service. Will never go back here.

William is the BEST! ⭐️ He’s helped me on multiple occasions find the correct bulbs for my car and goes out his way to assist and teach me how to correctly swap out the bulbs and where certain parts of my car is. As a woman who’s always super confused about car stuff😅 I appreciate his willingness to always go out of his way to be such a big help! I’ll only ever come to this Auto Zone ☺️
