Roberto really came through for me. My front hood latch was stuck, and he took the time to help me get it open without making me feel rushed or dumb about it. He didn’t just point, he actually helped me until it opened. That meant a lot. Idaly helped me track down the exact oil I needed for my Audi, and when I asked for some wipes after dealing with the car oil, she didn’t hesitate, she just handed them to me with no problem at all.
