AutoZone Auto Parts

Went here Sunday to return a $100 wheel bearing. Was told they do not do returns on sundays come back during the week. Called caro said they’ve never heard of this. Guy was also concerned a debit card purchase being given back as cash. Go in today Tuesday as requested and it goes back to the DEBIT card. Poor customer service. Will lie to you just to not do work. Pretty sure it was a manager heavy set glasses maybe John or Al?

This is by far the best Auto facility to exist, they/(Micky) went so much farther than above & beyond. I will never go elsewhere for the rest of my life. Remarkable experience, again way more than above and beyond. Whatever they are getting paid, simply isn't enough. I even sent one of my coworkers a few days after, and again remarkable service! Keep doing your doing and everyone/where else will be out of business ! I can't thank you enough 🙏

AutoZone in Bad Axe is the best. Kudos to Jon and Jason. I needed an alternator asap and they were able to order it and delivered within 1 1/2 days for me to pick up and take to my mechanic. They were professional and very nice and I am forever a customer. I also want to thank the young lady who also was involved in helping me, but I didn't get her name. I would recommend AutoZone in Bad Axe to anyone.

I love this AutoZone. They are always so quick and helpful. I really appreciate Zach taking his time and coming out to help me get my headlight figured out. It was really cold and one of the windiest days I’ve seen up here. Such a big help. I was struggling for months with this.
