I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Teresa Rios, the store manager at this AutoZone location. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Teresa worked diligently, with patience, care, and a true commitment to helping me—not stopping until everything was exactly right. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for her customers set her apart. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats each customer like a priority. Because of her exceptional service, I will be recommending this location to friends and family and sending customers their way. AutoZone should know they have an outstanding leader in Teresa Rios—she truly represents the best of what customer service should be.

I came in for windshield wiper blades and had the honor of being helped by a very pleasant person be the name of Shadow Sawyer. She is very professional and friendly. Thanks shadow for the excellent service.

Huge shout-out to AutoZone in Bainbridge, Georgia, especially to Teresa! I got in my car after work and had a dead battery. I called AutoZone, and they sent someone out. I just got this battery in July, and it was so dead she couldn't even jump it off! But, she went back to the store and swapped it for a new one, since it was still under warranty. Happy to report, I'm riding again!!! 🙌 So very very very grateful for AutoZone going the extra mile to see about me today in the 100 degree heat! ❤️

I think all customer should be treated the same I came in to get my check light tested they said they well be out .waited 25 min no one came while seeing people coming and going .I walk back inside and and ask the lady she said I have to wait till there no more customer since it's free to get my check light tested .6 people went in front of me while waiting with 3 kids In the car !!!! I went to oreilly I was in and out and got my answer less then 3 min !!!
